Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a contract for the provision of legal services by the Law Firm. Refusal to provide personal data will result in the inability to conclude and perform the contract or to answer your question. You have the right to access the processed personal data, rectify it, supplement it, limit its processing and delete it. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Your personal data will be processed when it is necessary for:
concluding and performing a contract for the provision of legal services;
the administrator’s fulfillment of his legal obligations under Polish law or European Union law;
implementation of the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator.
Administrator processes personal data necessary to perform the contract for the provision of legal services, in particular:
– identification data (name, surname, PESEL number, ID card number, date of birth);
– contact details (telephone number, e-mail address, residential address, correspondence address);
– tax identification data;
– other data if necessary for the proper provision of legal services.
Data recipients may be:
– employees of the Law Firm, staff authorized by the Law Firm and entities cooperating with the Law Firm, in particular lawyers, legal advisors, notaries and other entities providing legal services
– entities authorized under generally applicable law.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Your personal data will be stored:
– if you are a party to a contract concluded with the Law Firm – for the duration of the contract, as well as until the expiry of the periods resulting from legal provisions and until the expiry of the limitation period for obligations arising from the contract;
– if you contact the Law Firm for purposes unrelated to the provision of legal services by the Law Firm – personal data will be processed for the duration of the processing of the received message.
All personal data will be deleted after the purpose of their processing ceases.
If you believe that the processing of personal data is in violation of generally applicable provisions of law, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data.
